      Not a company to work if you are in India

      Pros

      You need to be highly visible to survive in this company. If you have your boss helping you, you will get all the benefits. Certain functions like admin or HR are best to work in this company.

      Cons

      Not treated on par with other regions. and the main reason is the Indian Managers who project low about the country. There is a clear difference in the role and authority of the same position between Indian location and others. You willbe given lots or promises but will not be fulfilled.

      higher than standard pay, great work group great equipment. efficiently run.

      demanding schedule, squeeze lots out of a thinly staffed operation. short sighted management, slow to change and progress.

      Pros

      Using a cool toy, location near the city (10 km), overtime paid (see cons), used to have nice perdiem policy (now gone)

      Cons

      Salary under average (about 15k$), night shifts, week-end shifts, no advancement possibilities, required to travel multiple weeks abroad without any compensation.
