      Pros

      Some R&D project are fun. Some Snags(Debugging Work) & Project are rewarding and great opporutinity to learn. Open Space, Flexible Hours, Lunch & learn!!!!

      Cons

      --Onboarding & Training is lacking. Losing good new talents. It's more of a trial by Fire. --No STD .The Application Stack is very large and not well documented. It's a transitioning company, it's doing better day by day. ---Parking is hell.
