      Exciting job especially if you are into aerospace. Fast-paced and challenging. You never run out of problems to be solved. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Can be overwhelming and hard to get assistance as everybody is busy.

      Pros

      The company as a whole is a good company to work for. They do reward you for a Job well done. I like to work, it is a fast paced environment, but they treat you fairly well.

      Cons

      some managers are put into positions simply because of the education. They dont have any real exp in managing people. Some people are hard to work with. The turnover is high, mainly because out of all of the employers in the defense industry, they are lagging behind in the Salary Category.
