Great people, work-life balance, flexible hours, defined benefit pension, ok health benefits, the tools you need to do the job are provided, Christmas shut-down.
Cons
Noncompetitive pay, and virtually no money for training or professional development for the average employee (limited online Sigal training courses don't count), useless annual goal setting exercises. Few new contract wins has resulted in several rounds of layoffs. Low employee engagement.
