      Some of the processes are too heavy and kill part of the creativity 1980's environment to work. It is starting to change though

      -Cutting edge technology -Global large company of 8000 employees -Head office is in Montreal -Working with diverse people & locations -Not only in the Aerospace industry, but exciting developments in the Healthcare industry -Compensation and social benefits are very good -Lots of room for advancement

      -Very top heavy -Departments are run in silos, and experiences can vary greatly, depending on which division you are in. -Location; not easy to get to via public transportation
