      Friendly atmosphere, Flexible working hours, Work life balance, Easy to approach leaders and managers, Employee friendly approach, Payed overtime

      Cons

      Some projects are still developed with old technologies from the 20th century, There are technical assessors, but you might need to find your own way to develop yourself (as a developer, this is a must anyway...)

      Nice, smart and professional people, Can present some nice challenges, Flexible hours, Payed overtime, Generous benefits, Experts in there field, Broad system overview, Opportunities to travel, Perdiem.

      Lack of creativity, A lot of grunt work, Huge disparity in salaries, Very repetitive task, No team work; very solitary, Huge inconsistency between objectifs and tools provided to achieved them, Very top heavy with a very top down approach, No training for anyone, Tries to apply same formula to all engineering groups Employed are not valued, Technical decision are often away from the appropriate party. Absence of real technical career "route"
