Onboarding process was well defined with ample training. Beautiful office. Management was friendly and straightforward with requirements.

Cons

Commute was tough. Open office can be quite noisy.

Cons

Same people tend to be listened and they proved not having the best solutions. Key people in direction staff lack of product management knowledge Too much toxic politics in upper management Low salary for product management compared to Montreal tech companies
