Pros

Wages, benefits. Great collaboration between employees. Fantastic product. Top Management is trying hard to change culture- but does not seem to know how to tackle it.

Cons

Finance acts as bean counters not as finance partners. There is so much money wasted to feed the finance beast with zero benefit. Physical environment is old and not very exciting.

Pros

Good compensation scheme and benefits. Work Life balance and interesting industry. No discrimination for minorities, excellent place to meet with peers and customers from cultures all around the world.

Cons

High turnover in some regions and no opportunity for development and carrer progression in others. Processes are complex and bureaucratic, even within the same region and business units. Low investment in training for employees. High potential workers being lost.

The paycheck keeps coming in.

Cons

Basically 24 hour on call 5 days a week. The schedule changes several times each week making it impossible to schedule any activities during the work week. The hours are long, sometimes up to 14 hour days. The work weeks an average of 50 hours plus with plenty of stress, mis- communications and unhappy coworkers and clients.
