      Pros

      High-tech product, great team work, wonderful smart people all around, promising future, company culture evolving in right direction.

      Cons

      Still a bit of an old-school mentality in some aspects. Working from home not officially encouraged is one example.

      Pros

      Aircraft simulators are the biggest and coolest toys in the world.

      Cons

      Poor management, focused on their image and career (some are actually corporate psychopaths). So called technical career is actually sub-manager tasks and mindless technical form approving drone.

      Large company with tons of great defence/aerospace work. Awesome talent, some of the best to be found anywhere.

      Cons

      Seem to have to fight for contract between Ottawa and Mtl Offices. Any real win goes to Mtl or international. Will the Ottawa Office survive?
