      Employees are nice and fun to work with Flex-time and Bank time Great product

      Cons

      Management are yes man Too many managers apply Agile to the letter (heavy Agile processes) instead of taking only parts that make sense (Light Agile processes) No long term view and commitment Promotions are not given on accomplishment basis but by who someone knows

      Very solid company, stable, offers benefits, paid vacation and sick time.

      Cons

      Hard to say, really. Sometimes decisions are made in a last minute which imposes a time constrain on all parties involved.
