      Management from middle management fears for the jobs from the Dallas based management. Treat employees very, very poorly.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and the work-life balance is not bad. The salary and the benefits are standard, but there is currently a push on to make employees feel more "engaged".

      Cons

      Bad management - view is that everyone is expendable, no matter how well they perform. They need to have a formal "engagement" program for employees, because management simply ignores them, and needs to try and make it look like they do not. This is the kind of condescending BS you can expect from this company.
