Business Outlook
Pros
Pay is ok , but they compensate for overtime (if available).Great place to start to work . Travel available to work in many countries if you go to the right department. People there are fun to work specially in travel.
Cons
Overhead work was getting in the way of the real work. Management is really bad, people go up by saying YES , so full of YES people. You feel like a number, you can be changed to another department without warnings . The have no clue how to manage people since the people that go up are just YES Sayers to please upper management. Upper management don´t understand the industry .
