Pros
The work is really interesting and the atmosphere at work is mentally really sain. I would also say that is rare to find a job that pays that well and is part time. The night shift gives a prime og 2.50$
Cons
It is really hard to become a full-timer employee. Alot of personal investment is required and the salary is not going higher with the more responsability you get.
