Pros
Plenty of room for advancement with little or no formal education.
Cons
Overworked employees, disorganized management, illegal activities (W2s for employees only available mid-February, for example), a new HR representative every 6 months leading to incorrect or missing employees paychecks that are not corrected until several months later (and only after persistent emails and in-person visits to HR and center manager), and little job security if your position is suddenly deemed unnecessary
