      technology improvements, work in other cae's center around the world, work with people of differents countries, high compromise to reach a healthy work environment.

      the delay on the part of engineering in responding about simulator deficiency report . inefficient Training on new simitor systems.

      This is the worst place I have ever worked. HR does nothing to help employees when problems are brought forward.workplace bulling by co workers and management. Company is reorganizing every three years and center managers don’t last but three years. In the 10 years I was there we went through 4. HR large turnover in HR and assume it’s because they either realize they can’t follow the laws due to the corporate bs or fired because they won’t. They rehire people who leave and create positions for them. It’s who they like. A lot of HR illegal things going on here.
