      Pros

      Good benefits, slightly above market average pay, interesting products, possibility to move around different departments, flexible hours and possibility to work from home

      Cons

      Like any other big company, the work is highly specialized and CAE specific. The recruitment process is too long and the candidates are not kept in the loop during the waiting time (based on personal experience, takes anywhere from a few weeks to 4-5 months).

      The building has nice new office spaces. There's a lot of teamwork and support among the employees.

      Cons

      Management does not care about its employees and underpays/mistreats them. The people who advance and go into management positions seem to have a knack for lying and manipulating people. You will not feel valued as an employee.
