Extremely repetitive work; chronically underfunded department.

Was paid well. Company basically owns the flight-simulator space, so no question of their sticking around.

Cons

This wasn't really technical writing. A lot of extremely repetitive work. Tools used in few other places and/or way-old versions of them (Adobe CS 6? really?) Worked with Excel more than anything else.
