- Recrute énormément de stagiaires et de débutants - formation interne pour les différents sous-systèmes même sans expérience pertinente - système de mentorat; on ne travaille pas seul et on apprend beaucoup avec les autres experts qui sont presque toujours disponible pour aider - horaires très flexible; télétravail/hybride; - possibilité de travailler dans des champs d'expertise très variés - plan d'évolution/construction de carrière réguliers pour évoluer dans l'entreprise - congés illimités

Cons

- tâches souvent très difficiles: pas vraiment un inconvénient car c'est une excellente opportunité pour apprendre - outils de développement souvent anciens (des projets utilisent encore C 99, VS2005, Windows 2003 etc,) qui peuvent être déstabilisant mais pas vraiment un soucis car selon le projet on peut travailler avec des outils plus récents, des IA etc. -
