Defense only - cant speak for civil or healthcare. Pay is below industry average and low for the volume of work. As a manager, you are not renumerated for overtime "we just charge 40hrs regardless of what you actually work. Its just the culture" you will find out on day 1. The good engineering and PM staff are overworked and give up when overloaded. The poor quality staff never work in the first place so its an swamp of mediocrity. Fine if you want an easy life or pad your CV for a couple of years. If you don't live in QC and speak French you're a second class citizen. They produce pilot training devices and don't value pilots in management or senior positions- odd HR are very very poor. As an employee you are pond scum to them.
