      Redundancys, no progression, low salaries

      Good holiday entitlement and colleagues (not management)

      Cons

      Rather than promoting from within they bring members of staff over from Brussels. Very little to no career progression available. A lot of people are made redundant every year, and they really really struggle to fill positions available due to the poor running of the company. Low salaries compared to other places

      Pros

      Shut down during Christmas break.

      Cons

      If your part of the clique (read: suck up), easy to get promoted. Management with no people skills are easily promoted to positions they shouldn't be in. HR Business Partners can't be trusted. Very easy to see which team members are favoured. Be prepared to suck up majorly if you want to fit in.

      Great People but Terrible Management

      Pros

      Great co-workers and the work-life balance is not bad. The salary and the benefits are standard, but there is currently a push on to make employees feel more "engaged".

      Cons

      Bad management - view is that everyone is expendable, no matter how well they perform. They need to have a formal "engagement" program for employees, because management simply ignores them, and needs to try and make it look like they do not. This is the kind of condescending BS you can expect from this company.
