Flexible vacation, flexible week schedule, great advantages such as retirement pension and insurance, great software and hardware challenges

Salary is not representative of the current company vision (being a high-tech company). It's following the aerospace industry and therefore the salary could be better.

Pros

Work life balance is a priority. Salary was fair within the market.

Cons

Toxic workplace - within civil simulators. Talk of diversity and inclusion but very strong (and celebrated) boys club. Racism visible. Very poor leadership have led to toxicity even at the working level. Strong marketing focus. Not connected with the day to day.
