      Pros

      Great place to gain experience and learn professional skills while working on interesting content.

      Cons

      Sexism and workplace harassment was a major issue during my time at CAE and it was much harder for women to get raises and promotions. I understand since I left this has been cleaned up and there is now no tolerance, but it is the reason that I quit.

      The management is is not helpful and out for themselves. The CEO sociopathic tendencies. He lies to his customers and has a tem of lawyers to bully people. You will put in 12+ hr days and not receive any compensation.
