      On-boarding was pretty good Schedule was flexible

      Cons

      Bad management Plenty of layoffs Didnt offer to help move people instead of laying people off Flew all of the directors and executives to one city to talk about "budget" then laying off folks afterward Pay and benefits not that great Lay-off notification was hidden as a "skip meeting"

      Pros

      Defense contractor, average benefits. Some locations are better than others.

      Cons

      Far behind in benefits, other defense contractors have better 401k match, PTO, salary, bonus plans( if any) educational match. Very poor relocation benefits internal IT problems. No real option to work from home on most positions. Not enough support for non technical positions.

      Friendly community Flexible working hours Good cafateria You can travel if you have the affinity and possibility Ideal for juniors/fresh graduted people

      Using old technologies (sometimes fortran and C) Almost every tool is internal, it's hard to get relevant experience that can be used at the market The company is not really invest to innovation You can improve stuffs, processes, code bases by your own, company won't provide you any hours to accomplish it Most of the time you have to do FREE WORK to deliver (40 hours given, but got 50-60 hours to work on) Most engineers are very unexperienced (80%) Low salary
