      I can only say the Salary it was acceptable.

      Middle Management Yields, Racism, unprofessional with customer if you are Armed Force or Government your are passed , from third world country expected bad treatment, the set you up for failure, no team work they throughout under the bus , no talk to management or HR the filter the complaints to PM and will make you life miserable. Stay away unless you a cop , or armed force . Civilian . NJ based. Records is like years behind you have to cover your back they will betray easy.

      Very good conditions and protected by IG-Metal.

      Cons

      Too many management layers that are really not doing any relevant work for the projects. At the end, project´s responsability relays on a few employees.
