      One of the best companies in terms of values, great place to learn, good work life balance, employee first company, quite good perks, flexible working hours, learned so many things while working

      Sometimes top level decisions are affecting so many teams laying off, even though they are not responsible for the decision

      Pros

      Pay is decent, off every other Friday is nice. Mid-level management is great and try very hard to make things better.

      Cons

      Company culture is terrible. Most in the IT department are miserable and want to leave. No leadership, poor direction, treat their employees like disposable objects, high turnover. Very much an "ivory towers" type of hierarchy, do not expect to receive any meaningful information from above.
