      Niche domain, challenging customers interactions that can turn into life long network

      Cons

      Terrible VP management layer with no sense of direction. Insecure as steals credit for bottom layers and does not entertain anyone with a personality , will promote you will you keep mute with no credible work as that is not a threat to them.

      Where to even begin. This use to be an ok company. In the last year they have done “unlimited vacation”, ie none, back to office 3 days a week. Massive layoffs. Fired the cfo. All the while micromanaging everyone around them.

      Not many compared to other places.

      Cons

      Corporate culture is horrible. Human resources management is everything but human. They would go to a townhall today saying that everything is awesome and fire 100 people next day.
