      Basic Pay is good little flexibility with remote and office working (depending on the leader and the team) Management not good

      Cons

      Can Fire you whenever they want The entity you work for does well but the other doesn't your review gets impacted and the entire vertical's profit earning is shared amongst others. Entire Year of hard work gone to waste

      Pros

      Colleagues were great, local HR was the exception to the company's rule as it was great and actually cared about its employees.

      Cons

      Company acquired Sabre without knowing what they were doing. +2 years later, the company's upper management still don't know what they got and hire directors with absolutely no clue about the industry and business to make decisions on cost savings wich inevitably ends up in terribly managed layoffs
