      Abundance of Senior Devs Ability to work remote Friendly team, management and HR Off-site events A lot of opportunities to learn from the team for a starting developer.

      Can be stressful, because of taking a lot of responsibilities for clients.

      - Laid back and easy going. - Plenty of work to do. - People are great.

      Cons

      - The benefits are below average. This includes PTO, 401K matching, Sick Time, Maternity Leave, and no Paternity Leave. The package is not good at all. - Company does not listen to employees. We’ve stated what benefits we want to improve but they have yet to make things better. Overall really disorganized. - At the time, there wouldn’t be any raises until a year. So no chance to earn more. - Overall the company says they mean good, but have no taken action to prove it.
