      Pros

      Everyone I worked with did all they could to raise me from a newbie to an experienced and capable insurance agent. Supportive environment within the sales team members, supervisors who are there genuinely trying to lead you to greatness. I hope the team is just as strong as it was the last time I was there over a year ago.

      Cons

      While this is a good entry point into the insurance business, your mileage may vary. I'm probably too naive myself to experience and recognize the cons first hand, but I know there's a mix of people who have moved on and those who are happy to stay with the company for a long time.

      Hard work is rewarded and recognized. Work from home options Benefits for families (Events and experiences) Employee development strongly supported Tuition support for older children (maybe daycare support for struggling young families just starting out will be next? just a suggestion ;)

      Some favouritism In a few departments but nothing you can’t overcome with hard work.
