Pros

CEO is great. good shared success program. get to work from home. funding for extra education. positive company view. colleagues and management is great to work with despite the review below.

Cons

Workload far to high for any human being to handle for far too long.staff have extremely high and unrealistic workloads. cant go on vacation without coming back to increased workloads.bad for sanity and mental health

Pros

Potential option to work from home, if you like the call center environment.

Cons

Upper management changes their mind on a daily basis for "business needs". They have no idea about Mental Health for their associates, and if you address your concerns, there are consequences . They just don't care and stopped caring long before this pandemic hit the industry. They collected their CEWS from the government, but won't re-hire at this point.
