      Commission added to your base salary. Option to work from home. Option to swap your shift with another employee. Option to work overtime. They recognize employees through daily weekly and monthly incentives

      Cons

      Some Mangers and Supervisors are not honest, they will band together in deceit to get you fired. They have some really good employees that end up leaving due to toxic management style. Lack of integrity, Trust.

      Pros

      Good job stability. The Company did not do any layoffs even during the worse period of the pandemic, so security is good. People are generally quite nice and friendly. Atmosphere is fairly relaxed, no undue pressure or stress.

      Cons

      The pay, compared to industry standard, is on the lower end.
