It's a large company with great leadership Living wage with bonus' Great people you work with Good recognition plan

Cons

- not much - great people and company but they could use some work on optimization of procedures to stream line systems within the organization. - only 3 weeks of holidays and your next permanent bump to 4 weeks isn't until you've been with the company for 10 years
