Pros

Great benefits package/ vacation time and training, good people, good management. Room for growth. Commission. Overall very great company to work for!

Cons

Not many cons. But not the most flexible for shifts. Split shifts. Salary is a little on the lower side now since cost of living compared to other companies.

Nothing good about this company.

Cons

-Poverty wages for customer service agents -Supervisors are on a power trip, they don’t care about you or how to help you improve. They gaslight you and bully you. They have absolutely no understanding or compassion. -Impossible standards that you’re expected to meet, zero room for mistakes or you’re penalized -constantly micro managed and spied on -very unsustainable job, zero work life balance. Your mental health will deteriorate unless you’re a robot which is what they want you to be.
