Work is never ending. - Overwhelming amount of appraisal assignments with not enough field staff to cover efficiently & effectively - Long commutes, and lots of mileage on your personal vehicle. Territory was too large & costs you your whole day driving from location to location, leaving no time to catch up on paperwork but expected to upload estimates within 24-48 hours. - Management too overwhelmed to help with staffing issue & workload.
