great people and great technology. they do good things

Cons

it seems there is ageism in a sense, not a lot of "older" people hired even though they are qualified. management must have a rule. Also do not hire as many men. A lot of the applicants are simply ignored or turned away even though they are qualified

- telecommuting option - casual dress weeks throughout the year (1 week per month) - friendly co-workers

Cons

- a lot of the managers don't even know anything about what their teams do - 0 opportunity for advancement - once you apply for a position, you are pigeon holed into that job for your entire career - no growth/career planning for employees - unclear future as far as career growth goes
