Pros

I was a Member Services Counselor, we sold memberships for Road side assistance, helped with trip planning, route planning, hotel accommodations, sold travel insurance, sold tickets to various theme parks and shows. I loved the versatility

Cons

Sometimes felt overwhelmed when it got super busy, but management always supported us.

Pros

People on the front line are friendly, and the dress code isn't too stuffy. Company has also made efforts to modernize their use of technology as well. Good pension and benefits.

Cons

Absolutely toxic culture, with little to no trust in employees. Also much talk of politics an fighting among senior management. Pay is below market rate.
