Pros

Relaxed work environment, outwardly friendly staff, offer flexibility for scheduling

Cons

Everyone is scheming and tries to bring you down in the most subtle manner. They lure you in with a full time offer then give you part-time status with full time hours. All the work, none of the benefits. Managers and supervisors gossip about the reps constantly.

Working at CAA is great. -Good benefits -Pension -Amazing people -Overtime available -Decent salary + incentives -Free food often -Cheap food available at caf always -Free parking -Work from home option -Ongoing learning -Educational cost reimbursement

Cons

None that I can think of. A lot people who complain are just negative by nature and don't know a good thing when see it.
