Pros

You have the option of working from home. Employee appreciation day you can get free tickets to TFC, or Canada's Wonderland, Medieval Times etc. They have benefits for full & part time employees.

Cons

If you are a part-time agent, you will always wok the evening shift, its almost impossible to get decent hours. As a part timer you will have to work 1 day of the weekend (ALWAYS) you never get a free weekend. Getting time off (vacation) is also a constant struggle, because by the time your request gets looked into, all the hours available to be taken off are taken by the full timers.
