Only positive I can think of is working evenings if you have small kids

Cons

Toxic, nasty workplace, staff are openly allowed to bully, pay and hours are terrible, premises is falling to bits with leaks and mess everywhere and spending more than customers can afford is openly encouraged, gambling addicts are given free food and drink to encourage more spending. I resigned.
