Pros

Excellent training program, every one makes sure that you know what you need to do. Upper management is good about communicating to subordinates.

Cons

There is not much room to grow, they go with outside hires rather than promoting from within. Outside hires tend to make more than people promoted from within despite having the same amount of experience.

Pros

The benefit package was good, also a good training program. Upper management were pretty good with communication flowing down to lower management.

Cons

The hours were long, not enough pay for in store management making it hard to attract quality managers. Shortage of managers meant even longer hours and working on your off day.
