Pros

the employee discount is the only bonus i can really see. its also a good frst job for teenagers who dont need the money to much.

Cons

if your 18 they start you off with only 5.50 an hour and that is simply ridiculous. the attitude of the managers leaves much to be desired.

Pros

- Flexible work hours - No high expectations - 1/2 off on food (but you'll just gain weight) - Lots of standing around if you're into gossiping and that sort of thing - Best to work night shifts when customers/employees are more laid back

Cons

- Hard to move up the ladder - Hard to get raises (even after 2 years I wasn't even reviewed) - Very little communication between managers and crew members - Training videos don't help at all - Food is commonly stolen from store and there is very little that is done about it - Lots of sitting around and talking - Managers are lazy and other employees are just there to make up for it - Possibility of getting called in at a moments notice and then punished if unable to come in when not scheduled - Managers delegate jobs like "drawer counting" (counting all the money) to lower crew members when the managers should be the ones counting the money - People are fired/quit so often that there are never the same people working for more than one or two months - Very demanding and stressful - Very rarely complimented on good performance

Pros

Its a job with some advancement potential, you have a easy bonus pontential, and you get to meet a lot of people

Cons

The hours are horrible, you could be working at 5 AM or working till 3 in the morning. It seems to be a very inefficient operation
