-VERY Toxic management (South England Area) -They make an already stressing enough job even sadder by setting impossible goals and taking away every chance of being comfortable at work (Very short breaks even on long shifts, absolutely no leaning allowed, they would constantly create new stupid little task for you just to not leave you alone, no music allowed on closing time, basically no happiness allowed) - Management will require an "almost army level" of dedication and seriousness, but fails to deliver on even the most basics of workers rights : I had my holidays changed without notice, I was scheduled for ridicoulous work weeks (Even working 10 days in a row sometimes), sometimes had to open the restaurant at 7am after closing it at 2am the night before, generally mean and overdemanding management that doesn't give you enough as an employer.
