Pros

Good Salary, lots of growth opportunity.

Cons

3M regime has a great concept. While they pay well, moral is low, no value for work life balance. Open floor seating not good for ladies.....men sitting right outside the rest room and know when you go, how often you go and how long you stay

Pros

Corporate field employees have a company car and cell phone service is discounted/paid

Cons

Where do I begin? The pay is NOT good in comparison to the work you do. Salaries may seem okay, but when you actually work here, a work/life balance is non-existent; so you are working or connected to work via phone and email 24/7. The people in this company are extremely disrespectful. It is like a "good ole boys club" where co-workers and superiors (mostly men) feel they can talk to you in any manner they please; whether it be talking down to you, cursing at you, or sexually harassing you. Just Google sexual harassment and Burger King, the rap sheet is longer than the US Constitution. No one knows what they are doing and instead just place blame on their direct reports because the corporation is so messed up that they change their minds and policies everyday, leaving you to pick up the mess, and then get yelled at or made to feel incompetent because the plan THEY CREATED failed... and of course it failed because according them it was your fault, never mind the fact that it was a bad plan from conception. Forget criticizing any poor choices made by the company, just pointing out the fact that an idea doesn't seem like it will be successful (and usually isn't), is enough for them to berate you and tell you that you are not a team player, your head is not in the game, and then try to fire you. But before then, they will try to give you a write up so you don't get unemployment. I personally witnessed someone get a write-up terminating them and they were so emotional and crying they didn't read it before signing, so they didn't realize the manager who had them sign it actually faked details in the write up to ensure they could deny them unemployment. I personally witnessed this. The main reason why I hate this company and can't wait to leave, is the work/life balance and micromanagement. They literally expect you to be at your phone, email, or in a BK 24/7; even on days off. When you are hired, you are told about company holidays ect, but none of them are observed. BKC makes their field employees work on their paid holidays, nights, weekends, and days off. So you really never get a day off with no BKC communication. Even my doctor told me I need to quit, which will be soon hopefully, because it is such a toxic work environment with an extremely unhealthy work/life balance. Don't say you haven't been warned.....

Pros

The food was good for the first week of work

Cons

They use prepacked meat from slaughter houses that are inhumane. They pay minimum wage. Customer service is expected highly but the pay is so low, you act the way your check looks!
