Pros

pay ok room to grow training was a little better than what ive had elsewhere

Cons

working 10 to 14 hours a day was told I couldn't have breaks when I became a salaried manager which is against the law working more than my 50 required hours with no more pay I work under a manager who belittles me and humiliates me in front of employees and was told I have to deal with it basically by her boss because she pulls numbers at her store ie things look ok on paper she picks and chooses who she likes and dislikes and writes people up on her feelings about them not on their job performance ex she will write up or suspend one person for being late but not another employees have brought this to her bosses attention but nothing is done ive been turned into nothing more than a closing manager and a scapegoat for all the employees she doesn't want to deal with Ive never been late or called out she hasn't been able to find anything to write me up wiith so she talks to me horrible in hope3s that ill leave because she prefers male managers I know there is a lot of turnover in fast food but I believe certain stores loose good employees because of behavior problems in management that isn't addressed its already a stressful and thankless job without being made to feel horrible or to dread starting your shift ive prayed about it and think I will be leaving this company or store when another door is opened

Pros

Work with very bright people

Cons

They expect you to work investment bank hours but not for investment bank pay. Bonuses are incredibly hard to get. They fire/lay off people all the time.

Pros

It was great working at BK right out of high school because it gave you responsibility and a paycheck! Depending on the type of customers you have, it can be an OK experience. I think the specific location I was at was very flexible with what hours you worked. You get a free lunch or dinner or lunch and dinner.

Cons

You should get paid more than minimum wage for EVERYTHING that you do during your shift. There really aren't any perks, there are no incentives, no organization, if you want to become a team leader you need to kiss up to management because they play favorites. Management sucks. Hard to advance. People make fun of you or look down on you because you work at BK
