Pros

It's a good starting job to immediately get some easy income, if you enjoy late nights I'd take evening shifts as I enjoyed those much more than day time. If you can have a good workflow with fellow workers it's makes the face paced nature of the job easier. Also if you're looking to not gain any plbs while on the job, Night shifts are good with semi trucks coming in the evenings and offloading stock for the freezers and fridge walks ins.

Cons

poorer treatment of non-female workers, there were definitely cliches at work you had to be apart of or you get piled with the extra work. Very frequently dealing with unruly homeless customers, most are nice, just too many that are not.
