      Pros

      Wonderful work culture, the company treated interns as a regular employee and the ideas are heard by management. Proper balance between applying the learnings and also get assistance when required.

      Very political and the lack of processes make all decisions informal. You need to be in the "loop" to be promoted. Not very organized and the work environment is not good.
