casual dressing and an hour early let off on Friday.

Cons

Hey days are definitely gone. Hopeless Company. Brain drain is so severe and those left behind are the blind leading a bunch of deaf and mute trainees. Folks are more keen to suck up to the bosses rather than developing more business. Nobody cares attitude. No career prospects unless you are a sucker too. They can fire anybody without reason just because the leader doesn't like you.
