      Over promotion of “Yes Men”. Poor systems. Knee-jerk decisions for the sake of looking like doing something without addressing underlying issues.

      Entrepreneurial, great colleagues, opportunity to make a difference, interesting and dynamic industry with relevant activity in the changing needs in food, such as plant based, organic etc. It is an essential business means there are constantly positions available and a high level of job security.

      As the company is becoming more and more one international oganization, you need to enjoy the international interaction and constant development. For me the reason to join!
