Pros
You can easily see HR putting lot of effort to keep the rating up here. Any review which says "nothing bad in company" has, is and will be fake. Pros : Good yearly bonus (But that too coz in covid time company sales shoot up). so dont fall for this one. Offshore stakeholders are very intelligent teams and they always support. But anyways, you will be working in local management of India which is more described in Cons box down.
Cons
The systems are outdated. HR donot know what is the policy they have. There is no clear cut policy and different people says different aspects when it comes to HR rules. They are not even trying to develop anything new, for instance parking vehicle policy is in process since 2017 when i joined and till today they are working on it. As far as management is concern, they are currently hiring from "THIRD PARTY" and keeping the employees on contract. For obvious reason because they are keeping huge cutt from the contract amount in thr personal pocket. Which is resulting in non retainment of old payroll employees. These contract people are third class employees who are charging 35 to 40 lac to company and they dont do anything all day. Resulting over burden on payroll people. And if you complaint about it to management, they donot bother as they are having monthly cutt from that waste resource. Mostly people on contract work for 2 hours per day.. and payroll guy work for 14 hour per day. Learning in the company is almost zero, as they donot have any plan to upgrade any system. The system they are using is around 8 yrs old and with the passage it gets more and more outdated. Company donot give you any special facility to enhance your knowledge. The people are sitting in the company for years, and they give example that BUNGE is easy company to work. But in fact, BUNGE starts killing your career from day 1 because you dont enhance anything but you work on 8 yr old systems. When i joined this company, people with intelligence and more knowledge were in my team. But with passage of time, only useless craps are left here. They possess that 2 rs mentality and hence its more important to keep yourself not to fall on that level.
