Director and above, all leadership needs change. Extremely beauracratic, secretive and manipulative leadership culture. Every executive is hired on contacts and promotion from within is rare. If you ask for one, you will be punished. Fairness does not exist. HR is always with the management and has no role. In fact the worse HR play I have ever seen.
Many people in the leadership think they are running the show and no one is running the show. Lack of clear vision, knowledge, strategy and execution. Management gets extremely defensive and you will face extreme measures and retaliation if you dare to challenge the status quo and try to tell what is right or make mistake under the illusion that you are empowered to do so. Too much internal churn and politics.
Product teams, especially on the Ethernet/IP side have no clue what they are doing and they consider themselves the smartest. Several talented people were delibrately made so frustrated that they left and joined the competiton. Not a very wise move for Brocade leadership.
